Frank Enfanto, Vice President, Healthcare Services Systems, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts
Frank EnfantoFrank Enfanto is the Vice President of Health Care Services Systems Delivery for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, the state’s largest health insurer, insuring more than 2.6 million individuals. He is responsible for the development and the IT strategic direction for all health care, case management, wellness initiatives, and provider services systems and applications. In addition he is the technical representative for all of BCBSMA collaborative e-health initiatives within the Massachusetts health care industry.

Frank has also served as BCBSMA VP of Operations Delivery and Information Security with the strategic and tactical responsibility for all systems and network operations, testing, systems architecture, security, national systems support, as well as managing the overall relationship with EDS.

Frank has more than 20 years of IT experience, and has participated as a speaker at various industry events as well as a guest lecturer for graduate level degree programs. He is a member of the Mass Health Data Consortium’s CIO Forum, and is also a member of a variety of IT related technical advisory boards. Frank is a Computerworld P100 Honoree for 2005. Prior to BCBSMA, Frank held executive level IT positions at Cambridge Soundworks/Hifi.Com, Lightbridge Inc., NewsEdge, and Wang Laboratories. Frank holds both a Bachelors and a Master of Arts degree in Mathematics.

Michael Hugos, Computerworld Columnist, CIO at Large and Author of CIO Best Practices: Enabling Strategic Value with Information Technology and The Greatest Innovation Since the Assembly Line
Michael Hugos Michael Hugos is CIO at Large and a coach in business and IT agility with the Center for Systems Innovation. He recently spent six years as the CIO of a multi-billion dollar distribution organization where he built the suite of supply chain and e-business systems that transformed the company’s business model and now drives its growth. Prior to this he was a Practice Director at a publicly traded global IT services firm.

In 2003 and 2005 he was awarded the CIO 100 Award for bold and resourceful use of information technology and in 2006 he was awarded the Computerworld Premier 100 award for career achievement. He holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. Mr. Hugos is an author whose books include The Greatest Innovation Since the Assembly Line and CIO Best Practices: Enabling Strategic Value with Information Technology. He writes a column for Computerworld, a blog for CIO magazine, and speaks at business and IT industry conferences.

Julia King, Executive Editor of Events, National Correspondent, Computerworld
Julia KingJulia King is Executive Editor, Events and National Correspondent at Computerworld. Ms. King is an award-winning business and technology journalist whose coverage has spanned a wide range of beats, from technology management and labor issues to electronic commerce, IT return on investment issues and offshore outsourcing. Ms. King was the founding executive editor of the award-winning Computerworld ROI magazine and spearheaded Computerworld's coverage of information economics. Prior to joining Computerworld in 1994, Ms. King worked for nearly a decade as a reporter and writer for national business and technology magazines. She also worked for five years as a daily newspaper reporter and later, as a features writer and editor. Her IT reporting has earned her several awards form the American Society of Business Press Editors and she is a frequent presenter and panel moderator at industry conferences. She is editor of a book titled Executives' Guide To The Wireless Workforce, which was published by John Wiley & Sons in July, 2003.

Ms. King holds a Master's Degree in International Relations and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science, both from University of Pittsburgh. She is based in Ridley Park, Pennsylvania.

Joe Strada, Director, North America Oracle Fusion Middleware
Joe StradaJoe Strada is the Director of North America, Oracle Fusion Middleware and is responsible for the strategy and successful customer adoption of Oracle's middleware technologies throughout North America. Mr. Strada is currently focusing on the growth of the Content Management portion of the middleware business by helping customers leverage Oracle's recent acquisition Stellent, Inc.

During his ten-year tenure at Oracle, Mr. Strada has held various positions within North American Sales and Consulting. He has worked directly with customers on the selection and implementation of Oracle Application and Technology solutions and played a key role in bringing Oracle Collaboration Suite to the market in North America. He also served as Director of North American Technology Enablement, driving a number of company-wide initiatives into the Sales and Consulting organization. Throughout his tenure he has concentrated on transforming Oracle into a customer and solution-focused business with an emphasis on building advanced solution architecture skills. Mr. Strada holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration degrees from Auburn University.
